Terry
by "or best offer", here is what I mean:
I email people that are on my waiting list for these cars & give them first shot at them as I get them in after I inspect them,
I will give people about a week to allow them time to come here if possible to see the car in person.
During that timeframe I will accept offers of less than full price, If no offers for the full price come in I will call the highest offer I have.
IF I get an offer for full price at anytime (it must be backed up by a nonrefundable deposit of $500.00 with the balance to be paid in full within a week via cash in person or postal money order or a wire transfer from your bank to mine)the car is then considered sold & I will notify people that had made offers of this so they can look elsewhere.
Arrangements for transporting the car is up to the buyer however I will assist if I can, the car is OK to wait here while arrangements are made.
Here is what it is- It is a 67 chevy impala 4dr, pillarless (when all of the windows are down no post between front & rear windows). The car is lowered. interior is tan/gold with very nice black seats & the pictures show where the handrests have been also changed to black to match the seats. The past owner had the car for six years, he bought it in Monterey CA.
It originally came with a 327 motor and a powerglide transmission.
It NOW has an aftermarket 350 motor, th350 turbo transmission, edelbroc 1307 carb, header, electronic ignition, three wire alternator system, brand new custom exhaust with 44 mufflers!
It originally came with air conditioning, but it is all missing
The original color was cream.
It has the original rear end, drum brakes & power steering.
It had an expensive stereo system that is not included but the wiring remains.
Also was done is this: reconditioned very nice black seats (I took the front seat out to take pictures of the black carpet that is newer but not sure when it was replaced, I pulled the front seat out so you can see it better it obviously was put in not that long ago, as was the nice tan/gold headliner, black arm rests, new sun visors, back lash, sail panels, the car has new springs, tie rods, some suspension parts, brake master cylinder, all wheel cylinders, all brake line flex hoses, new back window and seal, and other misc stuff.
The dash pad has not been replaced. The front windshield has a
crack. The seals around the passenger side windows need to be replaced,
the seal around the trunk needs to be replaced although it does not leak.
As for rust: passenger side rear panel wheel well, there is a spot
by the back door, a little around the back window, in side the trunk & on the hood is some light surface rust, see the close up pictures.
The gauges all work as does blower motor, horn, wind shield wipers,
headlights etc. I have most of the chrome see trunk picture of bundle of chrome.
A video of the engine running can be seen here:

I also have a red 1967 Chevy Impala "shell" which has a better body. If you're interested in both I will work with you.
the info on that car is:
I have this red 1967 Chevy Impala 4 door hardtop available again, $3,500 obo I was holding it for a guy in the Army but he can't afford it right now as he just got orders for deployment overseas, so it's for sale again. It is a shell car with no engine inside of it but We do have an engine that runs we'll include, my son pulled it from his 67 impala that he's restoring. He just wanted a bigger engine! It needs a carb & a dist. as we used them on his other cars engine etc see the info in the listing:

*I took a wet cloth & wiped part of the front driver's side floor board to show the black coating that is under the surface rust residue that washed down from the windshield being gone & rainwater running off through the front opening. It wipes away & is black coated from when they were done by the previous owner.
more pictures if you want to see them for red Impala here:

*Donor cars that will match this Chevy Impala for the interior are the Caprice & Belair which are more abundantly found than the Impala for this body style & year.
It is very hard to find a good 4 door hardtop body with a good interior, this is a very good body, an excellent buy for someone that has the time to spend locating the interior they want. This car has a clear title.
To show you what a little hard work can accomplish, here's a link to my son's restored Impala "The Hunter" (NOT for sale!) /watch?v=oCpiI3zSXlY&feature=youtu.be
